Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Donuts w/ Toasted Pecans


(Dry Ingredient)

1 3/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
(Wet Ingredients)
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Toasted Pecans


Whisk together dry ingredients, set aside
Whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the oil to the egg mixture and whisk until combined
Add the pumpkin puree to the egg and oil mixture and whisk until combined
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined
Add in the chocolate chips and mix until combined
Line a donut pan with toasted pecans, pipe the pumpkin bread mixture on top

Bake at 325 F for 25-30 minutes

Enjoy as is or toasted the next day 🙂
