Espresso & Palm Sugar Swiss Roll
Chiffon Cake Ingredients:
4 yolks
20g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp instant coffee
100g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 egg whites
100g sugar
Bake at 335f for 35 min
Ganache Ingredients:
2:1 ratio
200g cream
100g chocolate
(you can increase the recipe by this ratio for however much you need)
Palm Sugar Cream Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
palm sugar to taste
enjoy!
