Spiced Mochi Donut w/ Dark Chocolate & Toasted Hazelnuts




Mochi Donut Ingredients: 

2 eggs
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C White Sugar
1/4 C Oil
2 T Butter (melted)
1 C Milk
225 g Glutinous Rice Flour
1/2 t spice (of your choice ex: cinnamon, allspice, etc.)

Bake Mochi Donuts at 335f for 1 hour

makes around 6 donuts filled to the brim


Ganache Ingredients:

2:1
heavy cream vs. chocolate
ex: if you have 1 oz chocolate you need 2 oz heavy cream

melt in microwave in 10 second bursts


1 cup toasted hazelnuts
(toasted at 350f for 15 min)


Keep in airtight container
best eaten day of!
mochi doesn’t keep to long
